Established in May 2001, Time Trucking Ltd has pioneered the transport, logistics, and warehousing sector in Zambia and across Southern Africa. As a private company limited by shares, our journey is steered by visionary leadership—Mr. Umesh Patel, Managing Director, and Mrs. Sonali Patel., Director overseeing administration and operations.


Our Expansion
Time Petroleum was born in February 2022, expanding our commitment to excellence by adding high-quality fuel supply and distribution to our portfolio.

· Drivers’ Commitment: Our experienced drivers, trained in defensive driving and fatigue management, are dedicated to specific trucks, ensuring complete accountability and clear communication—especially across our South Africa routes supported by dedicated airtime and WhatsApp groups.
· Cutting-Edge Tracking: Every truck is equipped with dual (and in some cases triple) satellite tracking solutions—directly from the manufacturer, Trace & Track (Zambia), and Orbcomm Africa (South Africa)—ensuring round-the-clock route surveillance and strict adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Exemplary Fleet Maintenance: Upon each truck’s return to our Lusaka workshop, it undergoes immediate inspection by Volvo-trained technicians, mechanics, and electricians to pre-empt delays and guarantee operational readiness.
· Paramount Safety Measures: We adhere to international safety standards through comprehensive training and strict protocols, ensuring both the safety of our workforce and the integrity of your cargo.
· Comprehensive Insurance Cover: Our fleet is fully insured with Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia (PICZ), with additional Marine Open Cover for cross-border routes, Goods in Transit policies, and specialised covers tailored to each operational need.
· Recognised Accreditation: Proudly accredited by DPS March (Africa), we meet stringent security and operational standards—especially for the haulage of non-ferrous metals between Zambia and South Africa.
